The author presents the story of his life with OCD and the process of his successful recovery. At the beginning he describes when and how the disorder occurred in his childhood, its symptoms and course. A substantial part of the work is devoted to the description of the process of self-healing. The author introduces his own therapeutic concept and strategy, clearly defines and illustrates the particular steps of identifying the most effective psychotherapeutic methods of self-healing. Each method includes practical exercises which the author performed. The work is inspiring and motivating for all people with mental problems who want to change their condition.
